FAQs
Yes! Unless specified, our technicians love to interact with your pups through plays and treats as we clean your yard.
Give us a call, text, or email! We can pause/skip service anytime. You can also enter a date range to pause service in your Sweep&Go Customer Portal.
If the dogs are gone or you already picked up, let us know and we will skip service at no charge. We just need prior notice. The only other way we can tell is to walk the entire yard.
While you will have a set service day of the week, we cannot guarantee time windows within that day as there are too many factors which may impact our schedule.
Cash or check is always preferred, but we do offer an AutoPay option as well.
To set up AutoPay, go to your Sweep&Go Customer Portal and add your card under Payment Methods. There is not a “Pay Now” button. Your card will be charged that night for open invoices.
In many cases, our technicians will work to make sure your service is rescheduled for later in the same week. If this is the case, you will receive an email or text with a different date for your typical week of service. However, if weather conditions continue to be a problem and delay service, your service will resume the following week as scheduled.
When it snows and we cannot come out, not your fault or ours, the weekly rate is discounted 50%. We split it with you, as the following week there will be two weeks of waste to pick up.
